Assign the right crew for each job: 1-driver standard deliveries, 2-driver for heavy/bulky items, specialised equipment operators. Skills are matched automatically during dispatch planning.
Automated dispatch planning
Rule-based dispatch handles 80% of allocation decisions automatically. Metro same-day under 25kg → own fleet. Regional over 25kg → carrier cascade. Line haul → dedicated vehicles.
Consignment & settlement
Generate consignment numbers, print labels, create manifests. Settlement engine matches carrier invoices against rate cards and actual consignment data, flags discrepancies, and generates client billing.
